Inverness Kart Raceway - Grand Prix Event

Here is the final session of a Grand Prix event I booked for the 4th of June 24. The Grand Prix event as of the date of the video includes a 4 Minute Warm-up, a 10 Minute Qualifier and finally which is this section a 16 Minute Final Race. I didn't record the 4 minute warm up or 10 minute qualifier as I discovered my action cam was dead on battery when I arrived so I left it charging with a friend over those sessions to prioritise this one. Additionally we had been booked as 4 people, one of them felt uncomfortable in the warm up and qualifier and decided to sit out and early in the Final Race another friend jumped out due to feeling motion sick. The track crew were excellent in these cases and had no quarrells regarding them leaving the session. Before arriving at IVK I was unaware they had switched to electric karts, they have only had them for about 2 weeks now. This was the first time I have used electric karts on a proper track configuration. The karts themselves seem alright, I'm a taller person at 6ft 3, I usually struggle for a completely comfortable fit in any karts and these were perhaps most uncomfortable I've used. They weren't outright bad, but just lingering on acceptable all round. My knees are very close to and touching the steering wheel, of itself is more of a racing shape, I along with my friends found this shape to be significantly more uncomfortable than a standard shaped round wheel, had there been one these, my legs probably would not be able to fit in the kart. Everything else about the kart is fine by my standards. I am not bulky for a 6ft 3 person, a shorter but larger individual may have serious discomfort driving said karts. From inputting the times here I believe the timing line to be the one before the hair pin, I wasn't wearing my glasses so I couldn't precisely read the times on the big screen quick enough which I'm assuming show the time you've just done after the hairpin.
