I lowered the compression on a TRRS250 with a Raga Racing starter. You can also lower it by thickening the base gasket under the cylinder, but that would change the port timing. Trials bikes have low RPMs and prioritize grip, so power isn't always everything. The client requested that the power be reduced, as it was a little too much. I think I was able to reduce the power while retaining the bike's good characteristics. Since it's a 250 with a starter, it's a fun bike to ride on forest roads or public roads instead of a Serow or something similar!
