I was very impressed to see up close her elaborate and delicate makeup techniques, including white makeup, mehari, lipstick, eyebrows, eyeliner, and dressing for wigs and kimonos. I would be happy to share my impressions with you. Geishas dress up in kimonos and add color to banquets with Japanese dance, singing, and shamisen, but behind the scenes there is a great deal of hard work and preparation.
