Bodycam DUI Arrest - Fake Crying Can't Stop Woman From Getting Arrested for DUI

On July 17, 2023, Bridgewater Township police were called for a driver that was driving erratically and allegedly struck a curb. Officer Grasso located a vehicle matching the description in the Target parking lot. The 27 year-old female driver was attempting to change her flat tire. Officer Grasso asked the woman if she had been drinking and she indicated she had been drinking several hours prior. The woman was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests (FSTs) and was then placed under arrest for Operating Under the Influence of Liquor or Drugs. She then proceeded to give an Oscar worthy performance while the camera in the back seat of the police car captured it all. The police report indicates she submitted to an evidentiary breath test and the result was 0.16% BAC. The end of the video discusses the outcome of the DUI charge.
