A weekend trip in our eV 🚐 (1995 VW T4 Multivan, 1.9 diesel) to the Polish seaside 🌊 What are Stegna, Jantar, and Krynica Morska like at this time of year – out of season? Is it worth visiting at the end of March? On Friday, we depart from Łódź and take the S7 route through Płońsk and the Elbląg area to Stegna. We'll be camping wild – a forest parking lot right next to the beach entrance. Saturday starts actively – we run towards the mouth of the Vistula River on the Baltic Sea and the Bay of Gdańsk 🏃‍♂️ After breakfast, we continue towards Krynica Morska. We stroll around the town and head towards the Camel's Hump (the highest dune in the area). We also show archival footage of the observation tower, which was recently demolished. We return along the beach along the sea and again camp out – this time in a parking lot right next to the beach in Ktynica Morska. On Sunday, we stop at the Nowy Świat Canal (the Vistula Spit canal), where we fly a drone and catch a fishing competition 🎣 On the way, we also visit Jantar (cold sea, and people go winter swimming 😄) and Elbląg – where we take a short walk through the old town.
