Mother locked her kids in a room before she was shot and killed

Police said locked inside a room at their apartment were two toddlers. They said a call came from Jewel Garcia who said she had been shot. When officials arrived, they found Jewel and Josiah Moton dead from gunshot wounds. The Medical Examiner said Moton died by suicide. Jewel's family said she locked her children in a room as everything unfolded.
