Tarp camping in a weather warning at Lints Tor. (Rab Sil Tarp 2)
17.02.2024 A week prior, the forecast showed a calm night with 1 hour of drizzle, however it got worse every day that I looked, so changed that structure of the tarp and added more guy lines at home to be able to cope with added wind and rain. Making pancakes definitely cheered me up. Wind ended up moving more than was forecast, so by 0200 it was blowing the rain parallel, so through the entrance of the tarp, but had the Alpkit Elan Bivvy as well. Did struggle a bit to pitch due to uneven ground and wind direction, hence why it is more exposed than I would like.
