From Heerlen to Ballyhoura: Adapting the Breakthrough Method

The Ballyhoura Breakthrough Pilot brings together agencies, practitioners and communities to provide person-centred coaching, strengthen collaboration between services, and develop practical, community-based solutions that empower families to achieve lasting change.
