In early November 2020, Nadya (IG: nadin_greenadin) and I went on a two-day cycling trip in rural North-West Bulgaria. The area we choose happened to be perfect for cycling due to the good road condition and a little traffic. During the two days of cycling, we counted no more than 20 cars on the road altogether. The idea behind this trip was to explore at a slow pace the area of my origin - the place where I was born but spent only the first couple of years of my life. We experienced the hospitality of the locals and respectful drivers. The first night we spent in a tent, but for the second we booked accommodation. For the first time in my life, I could afford not to use a helmet for some stages. The reason was slow speed and zero traffic. On any other occasion, I always use a helmet.
