CM Punk's WWE Title Win Doesn't Feel Earned

CM Punk is once again the Undisputed WWE Champion, but I can't shake the feeling that something about this title reign already feels... wrong. This isn't about whether CM Punk deserves to be champion. It's about how WWE got here. After years of building certain expectations around title opportunities and earning your shot, this story seems to ignore many of those same standards. That's where the disconnect starts for me. Then there's Oba Femi. While WWE clearly has big plans for him, it's hard not to wonder if he should have been in this conversation instead.
