The Walk - EP 75 - The Cursed Railway Walk (Part Two) - Alton Towers To Oakamoor - Staffordshire

I completed the cursed walk! It only took me three 6am alarms, six hours of driving, a 500 quid drone, and about 25 miles of walking, but I got there. In this video I complete the final stretch of the North Staffordshire Railway's Churnet Valley Line from Alton Towers Station, to Oakamoor. The railway was built in 1859, on top of the former Uttoxeter canal, so there are remains of both throughout the walk, and plenty of remains of bridges, stations, and tunnels. It was a great stomp despite the horror show I had in filming it. I hope you enjoy it.
