This area has been put under claim. The owner would probably grant permission to go to the topaz spot, but the area is under study and will be developed in the near future. This was an amazing trip to the Rugged Rockhound's secret spot at Topaz Mountain that he discovered around 15 years ago. It is relatively untouched and full of amazing crystals and pockets.
