This is Gaya Island Resort, located 10 minutes off mainland Kota Kinabalu. It's a must visit, amazing marine life, land animals, jungle and to experience the work the marine biologists Scott, Haziq, Bata and the rest of the team do to preserve the ecosystems. It's very easy to get to, and if you're flying from Australia like us you can get flights for under 1k AUD return.
