I'll show you how to remove a valve in detail. When I say "remove the valve," I actually mean removing the cotter. Once the cotter is removed, the valve itself comes off easily. I then used WAKOS Remover to remove the carbon. The cylinder head, especially the exhaust port, had a thick buildup of carbon, so I soaked it overnight in a soak-type parts cleaner, and the carbon came off beautifully. =========== ★ WARNING ★ =========== Please note that all of these steps were performed by an amateur struggling to do it themselves.
