From my French vegetable garden, I offer new, inspiring tips almost every week for the (beginning) vegetable garden enthusiast. The days are getting warmer, and the greenhouse is overflowing with seeds. It's high time to plant those hardy vegetables in the garden, such as red cabbage, spinach, lettuce, and beets. Each vegetable has its own specific planting method: close together or farther apart. I'll show you all.
