In this review, we tested the medium version. This mattress has very deep sinkage and high levels of bounce. While this deeper sinkage may not be for all sleepers, sleepers who like deeper engagement may enjoy this mattress. Opting for a firmer version of the Sleeping Duck will yield less sinkage, as we measured when we tested firmer foam layers of this mattress. In our performance tests, this mattress earned an overall score of 8.94, ranking the mattress in the top 24% of all mattresses tested to date. The Sleeping Duck Mach II is $2,299 for a queen-sized mattress, which is 51% more expensive than average. This is an additional cost of over $700.
