Concept: This video was partly inspired by the 25th Anniversary of Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation 1814, and the numerous articles celebrating the landmark album. Many of those articles discuss Janet's influence over virtually every female entertainer that has come after her (specifically Beyoncé , Britney, J-LO, and Ciara). I decided to take it a step further and put together this video megamix of Janet and her students. An excuse to do yet another Janet megamix basically. lol Obviously the title for this video came from the JJ vs Ciara video that I made some time ago. However, this isn't a “Janet vs ____” video. It's more so a Janet megamix with intros from each of Janet's “students” I like giving my videos concepts, hence the “teacher and students” theme. lol Nonetheless, I hope you like this video. ENJOY!
