USA - The return of Blur: Damon Albarn & Graham Coxon Interview (97')
Date: 02/13/1997 Blur return to the pop fold with radical new sound. It was dubbed commercial suicide and the folly of Britain's second most loved pop group. Blur, lovable "Mockneys" of Parklife and Country House fame, were reportedly sick and tired of their "meaningless" pop success. So they disappeared for much of 1996, went back into the studio and eventually came out with an experimental album a million miles away from their previous, bouncy pop confections.
