Hi guys, Alex here, in this video, I go through a solo session I did the other day on court. The full routine is below for those interested! Solo routine: Warm-Up - Light jog, stretch, Rope skipping (5 minutes) Length Progression - 50 Shots in the box (both sides), 50 shots past box but no back wall (both sides), 50 shots hitting floor wall-floor (both sides), 50 shots hitting floor-wall (both sides) Boast Drop Drive (5-10 minutes) Ghosting - 3 Sets, 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off.
