Crema estilo Nocilla o Nutella en Monsieur Cuisine Connect.
Today I'm showing you how to make a chocolate and hazelnut spread, Nutella-style, quickly and easily using the Monsieur Cuisine Connect food processor. It's a recipe I've been making in the Thermomix for a long time since I saw it on the "Velocity Spoon" blog, and it turns out just as well using the Monsieur Cuisine. The ingredients we need are: 300 grams of chocolate: I used 100 grams of dark chocolate, 100 grams of milk chocolate, and 100 grams of white chocolate, but you can adjust the proportions to suit your taste. 200 grams of whole milk 150 grams of sugar: the cream is very sweet. If you don't want it that sweet, add less or no sugar at all (I've never had it without sugar, let me know if you do 😉) 150 grams of sunflower oil 100 grams of toasted hazelnuts You can see the preparation process in the video. If you have any questions, let me know. The cream thickens quite a bit in the fridge. Don't worry if it looks too runny when you're done.
