Cook the apple in a pan or in the microwave with cinnamon. 2. Toast the bread, spread the ricotta. 3. Add the cooked apple, hazelnut spread, and a drizzle of honey. 4. Top with cocoa powder, if desired. ☕ RECIPE 4 - WEETABIX TIRAMISÙ Ingredients: 2 Weetabix 150g skyr (or Greek yogurt) 1 coffee 20g dark chocolate Unsweetened cocoa powder to taste Sweetener to taste Method: 1. Soak the Weetabix in the coffee. 2. Add the skyr or yogurt, chopped chocolate, and sweetener. 3. Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder.
