The certificate obtained is entered in the National Register of Learners managed by the Road Authority Romanian, and the information on its possession is transmitted electronically to the General Directorate of Driving Licenses and Registrations in order to enter the appropriate mentions in the National Registry of Driving Licenses and Registered Vehicles;”.
