How to apply Venetian Plaster, Step by step Guide

This is a question I get asked often, which is why I chose to create this video showing the whole process. Venetian plaster is not render, it is not paint, it is natural lime based plaster with marble dust, yes real marble crushed into fine dust! Basically you are creating a real marble wall with only 2-3mm thickness. IS IT EXPENSIVE? YES, it is more expensive than paint, more expensive than render and normal solid plaster but a lot cheaper than using a custom marble piece. For this video I used Marmorino fine, which is not as shinny and reflective as the high polished version. However, the Marmorino finish can not be replicated with anything else, that's why every single wall is a unique piece itself.
