[Same content as the 9 separate episodes of Grand Prix de France ULM 2023] The first, and until now the only, Grand Prix de France ULM was held in 1983 and it could have stopped there unless a few French pilots had the idea of recreating, reviving, the Grand Prix exactly 40 years later. This time without organisation, fees, ground support, flight director or briefings. Just the idea to fly together in the slipstream of our ancestors. Open to all, the idea was circulated on the web and some 20+ pilots showed up from the start in the champagne district in the norther part of France. The youngest pilot had his ULM licence since 2 weeks while a few pilots actually participated already in 1983... Some pilots hopped on while others hopped off along the way while some of us made it all the way. This film is my story about the 2023 Grand Prix de France ULM.
