Today we're in a city called Nakhon Si Thammarat (นครศรีธรรมราช) in southern Thailand. Many tourists have never heard of it, but Thais consider it an absolute food paradise with a wide variety of local specialties... Today we're taking a full-day tour of Nakhon Si Thammarat and sampling all the irresistible food and drinks available here! In between, we'll also check out a few attractions in and around the city. I would fly from Bangkok to Nakhon Si Thammarat in a heartbeat, just for one day, just to enjoy another hearty lunch or dinner here... Here you can enjoy truly authentic, fresh, and fantastically prepared Southern Thai dishes! We enjoy the nature and tranquil atmosphere before heading back to the bustling city for dinner! Bang Baw offers unique rotis in all different variations – even a volcano roti prepared in a spectacular way!
