Vorchdorfer Lokalbahn: 2024 - 2025

The Vorchdorferbahn between Lambach and Vorchdorf is a standard gauge branch line operated by Stern & Hafferl Verkehr. Interestingly, the service is still carried out with nostalgic railcars. The line has a diverse fleet: There are two ET 20s, ET 20 109 and ET 20 111, which started their careers on the Extertalbahn in Germany and have been on the Vorchdorferbahn since its closure in 1969. There are also two ET 22s, ET 22 133 and 136, which previously operated on the Linzer Lokalbahn, and another ET 20, 114, which is currently leased by Stern & Hafferl from the Salzburger Lokalbahn. There are also special nostalgia cars on the line, such as ET 24.101, which made 3 trips on the line on a nostalgia day in the summer of 2024. The footage in the video was taken between 2024 and 2025. ________________________________________________ A Lambach és Vorchdorf közt húzódó Vorchdorferbahn egy normál nyomtávolságú mellékvonal, melyet a Stern & Hafferl Verkehr üzemeltet. Érdekessége, hogy a forgalmat a mai napig nosztalgia korú motorkocsikkal bonyolítják le. A vonal járműállománya változatos: Megtalálható két ET 20-as, az ET 20 109 és az ET 20 111, melyek pályafutásukat még a németországi Extertalbahn-on kezdték, majd annak 1969-es bezárása óta közlekednek a Vorchdorferbahn-on.
