Sgurr na Ciche, Knoydart. July 2017

I've not been able to get out into the hills for a while for one reason and another so as soon as I saw that the weather forecast was good for my day off I decided to go big. 3 remote munros from the head of Loch Arkaig was the plan and I knew it wouldn't be an easy day. A long walk in, midges, clegs and boggy ground made sure I knew I'd had a hard day out, but the views more than made up for it. It took me a little longer than I expected and if I'm honest I think it would've made more sense to camp overnight and enjoy the walk over 2 days, but all in all it was a good day out.
