Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma convened a meeting of the Water Resources Department in Jaipur to plan the implementation of the Yamuna Water Agreement. On this occasion, the Chief Minister stated that the Yamuna Water Agreement would prove to be a boon for Shekhawati and that work on this agreement should be done in mission mode. The pace at which the process is progressing after the agreement should be maintained and regular monitoring should be done. The Chief Minister directed that Water Resources Department officials should go to the field and expedite the project. He provided necessary guidelines regarding the project in accordance with the MoA. He also directed regarding the planning of the required manpower.
