APEX Everest (ultramarathon)

For this episode I took on apex’s Everest. Which is a 7.25 mile loop to the summet of helvellyn and back to base camp. You have to complete 9 loops which will give you an elevation total of 29,000ft to match the elevation of Mount Everest. We had to change to the bad weather route after 5 ascents due to safely as the weather took a turn for the worse. This was my first DNF.. I walked away smiling and on a massive high after spending the weekend listening to so many inspirational people. I will Definitely be doing this event again next year.
