Repair vox ad100vt guitar amp noisy by FriendlyMusician.com
The VOX AD100VT guitar amp is a 100W Guitar Combo Amp gives you the amazingly realistic tube preamp sound of Valvetronix technology. The AD100VT is a very loud amp, but a rear panel power amp level control allows you to reduce the output power of the amp from 100 watts to 1 watt. The 12AX7 tube is placed on the power amp section, combine with the power chip STK family, to produce a unique sound. When I got this amp, it was very noisy. There was no guitar sound to the speaker. Luckily, I have found the root cause and fixed the problem with below steps. Visit https://friendlymusician.com/amp_repa... for more details. The schematic of this amp is also available there. Thank you. #friendlymusician
