Brownie de chocolate - Todos os detalhes

Hello everyone, Welcome to another video. Today's lesson is about Brownies, a super simple preparation but that requires some care to work well. We're going to make 2 variations so you can see the difference and choose the one you like best. INGREDIENTS Nuts: 200 g Dark chocolate: 250 g Butter: 220 g Eggs: 220 g (approx. 4 or 5 eggs) Sugar: 200 g Baking powder: 10g Wheat flour: 80 g Preparation: Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, add the butter and set aside. Beat the eggs until foamy and add the sugar. Put this mixture into the chocolate, then the flour, baking powder and, lastly, the nuts. Pour into a greased and floured pan with cocoa. Oven temperature: medium. (175ºC) Cooking time: approx. 20 minutes Yield: 1 rectangular pan measuring 20cmX20cm (or 8 slices)
