ONLINE Open Mic event hosted by Dallas Poetry Commission members Maya Da Bee and Lil Te. The open mic list will be open for the first 8 people that comments "I WANNA SPIT" (tag me so I can see you) in the comment section or email [email protected]. FIRST TIMERS NOW GET A ONE TIME OPPORTUNITY TO PRE-SIGN UP FOR THE NEXT EVENT AND HAVE A SPOT SAVED!! This will go 2 rounds (one in the 1st, two in the 2nd) so have 3 pieces ready to spit for an approximately 2 hour event. ALL ARTISTS, Poets, Comedians, Storytellers and Musicians are welcome if can sing or rap acapella due to sound quality of music when streaming. Event is LIVE FB Maya Da Bee and YouTube    / @mayadabee13   If any of the features doesn't show for any reason WE WILL PULL FROM THE LIVE AUDIENCE!! Poetry/Spoken Word is RAW and UNFILTERED so feel free to speak your muthafckn mind!!! Promote yourself, books, merch, tours, everything this is YOUR spotlight! From social injustice, mental health, even erotic poetry there are no boundaries or censorship here (EXCEPT racist and prejudice hate speech are NOT tolerated, use common sense)!
