Construction Progress November 2025

In the last month we achieved a number of key milestone of the project: Construction of the pipeline in the very difficult terrain of the coastal mountain range was completed, the backfill of the trench in this area advanced significantly. Also, in the past couple of days the installation of the pipe spool of 1 km in the HDD perforation under the Loa River was completed. We are now getting ready to launch the 550 m long sea outfall, tow it to site, and sink it in its final position. Overall, the project has hit the 90% completion mark, and we are preparing the start of commissioning along numerous project areas. Many challenges remain until the full completion of the project, but the extraordinary team of people at Aguas Horizonte and of our Owner's Engineer, in cooperation with our EPC Contractor are driving this project forward.
