Using Wild Swimming to Improve My Anxiety: Returning to Cornwall 🌊

We are finally back in Cornwall! After dealing with a lot of built-up anxiety lately, I wanted to share how I use wild swimming to manage my mental health and find a sense of calm. On the drive down, we stopped for a crisp, quiet wild swim in a beautiful Devon river to wash away the travel tension. But nothing compares to the moment we finally crossed the border and hit the Cornwall beach for a sea bathing session. Immersing myself in the wild water completely resets my mind, and having my hound Miss Tuppence by my side makes it perfect.
