Hawkstone Park Follies is a 100-acre parkland in Shropshire. Here, you find ancient woodland, cliffs, walkways carved into rock, caves, tunnels, bridges and towers. The design is deliberately built to feel mysterious, disorienting, and magical. Created in the 18th Century, this was a popular destination in Victorian Times but waa later abandoned and lost. In recent years, it has been rediscovered and restored In 1989 it was a key filming location of the BBC TV series The Chronicles of Narnia, specifically Season 2 which was Prince Caspian with the grotto and gothic arch being key locations. Even if you take away the connection to Narnia, this still feels like stepping into a lost enchanted world
