We're going to create a wonderful tulip-shaped decoration by soldering together pieces of previously shaped and ground opalescent glass using the Tiffany technique. Often used in making lampshades and small boxes, it lends itself perfectly to creating decorations that imitate leaded glass. It's not complicated in itself, but it does take time and patience. The end result, however, is always worth it. To support the decoration, I quickly made a beech base and treated it. Only with wax.
