Sebagai salah satu persyaratan Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Nasional (PKN) Tingkat II Angkatan XXXVII Tahun 2024 yang diselenggarakan oleh Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, peserta diharapkan dapat menyusun sebuah proyek perubahan. Dalam kesempatan ini project leader telah menyusun laporan implementasi proyek perubahan dengan judul “STRATEGI PENGENDALIAN INFLASI DI KOTA PALEMBANG DENGAN SEMANGAT GERAKAN PANGAN MURAH (SEGPUR)”.
