The DIAMOND JUMBO on the MAIN LINE !!! Indian Railways

Diesel Loco Shed presents the Fond memories of the Diamond Jumbo Locomotive WDM 2 17808 !! This Loco is presently Derated to Shunting Activities and Inferior Service only. The Video was taken when this Unique WDM 2 ALCO was serving on the Main Line. Loco Number 17808 from Diesel Loco Shed, Guntakal was a very frequent Passenger Train Hauler. The Loco had a Very different and unique type of Short Hood, and was called a "Jumbo" for this Reason. There were two Locomotives of this kind in the shed, and now both of them are derated to Shunting Activities.
