My first winter living in a self-built wagon at -15°C. Frozen water pipes, long cold nights and the quiet beauty of nature. This winter was a real test. Living in my self-built circus wagon during freezing temperatures showed me what off-grid life in winter really means. At -15°C the water pipes froze, the pipe heating didn’t work, and the nights were long and cold. But at the same time this season brought something special: silence, time to slow down and the incredible beauty of nature in winter. The wagon is mostly built with natural materials, and this winter was my first real experience living in it through the coldest months. Now spring is coming and the work on the wagon continues.
