The shigaraki siblings. Yoichi Shigaraki and ??? Shigaraki. Before you say anything, they’re not biologically related to Tomura Shigaraki in any way. How was OFA created? OFA was created when a quirk (given to Yoichi by his brother) merged with Yoichi’s unique quirk that allowed him to pass his quirk through DNA getting stronger every time. The first holder of OFA is Yoichi Shigaraki ,(obviously) and his quirk was OFA. The second was Kudo, his quirk was “gearshift”, a quirk that allows to change the speed of anything he touches. The third was Bruce, his quirk was “fa jin”, it allows the user to build up a strong kinetic energy through a repeated physical movement, which can be released in an explosive burst of power and speed. The fourth was Hikage Shinomori, his quirk was “danger sense”, he basically could spot any danger in the surrounding areas. The fifth was Daigoro Banjo, his quirk was “black whip”, he could generate black energy tendrils from any part of the body. The sixth was En Tayutai, his quirk was smokescreen, he could generate a cloud of purple smoke to distort the villain’s vision or disorient them. The seventh was Nana Shimura, her quirk was “float”, basically she can float. The eighth was Yagi Toshinori (All Might), he was born quirkless.
