Die großartige Kirchweih 2025 in Detta bei den Banater Schwaben/ 2 Teil

🎬 The magnificent Kirchweih 2025 in Detta – An unforgettable festival with the Banat Swabians Welcome to a very special experience – I'm taking you to the Kirchweih 2025 in Detta, a festival full of tradition, music, dance, and genuine warmth. I was invited by Michael, who wanted to introduce me to this magnificent event – and I can promise you: It was unforgettable! Immediately after my arrival in Detta, a charming town in Banat, I went to the cultural center, where the traditional costume group "Edelweiss Detta" had already gathered in their colorful costumes. Promptly at 9 a.m., the festive procession through the town began – accompanied by the rousing sounds of the Timisoara brass band. Our first stop: the house of a passionate dancer and dedicated woman from the traditional costume group – her enthusiasm for the Kirchweih was palpable and contagious! Afterwards, we were welcomed at Haus Ferch with genuine Banat hospitality – with open arms, good food, and warm conversations. A particularly emotional moment was the visit to the church, where music and singing gave us goosebumps – one of the many highlights of the day. In the afternoon, a colorful program awaited us on the festival grounds: folk dances by various traditional costume groups, artistic, rhythmic, and rousing. Each group brought its own energy – a true firework of culture and joie de vivre. Of course, a church fair also includes culinary delights: homemade cakes, traditional dishes, and cool drinks ensured a great atmosphere. And then – the grand finale: the church fair ball in the evening! With dancing, music, and good cheer, the celebrations continued late into the night. A festival that unites hearts and keeps traditions alive. 📽️ Come with us on this special journey and experience the church fair in Detta – as if you were there yourself.
