Sharing how I track my own Fitness Results and what I recommend for all of my clients. Showing you step-by-step how to take the Best progress pics. Tracking your progress is the number one way to help you achieve and monitor your body transformation goals. You can then make changes to your workouts and nutrition to produce the results you want. I recommend progress videos for physique changes because you can clearly see shape changes, muscle building, toning, and fat loss results...so much more than just checking your scale weight only. First get super clear on what result you are looking for, then you can figure out what steps need to happen to get you from point A to point B. The progress checking alone doesn't make the results happen, it just helps you document what changes are happening from your programming and nutrition adjustments. I forgot to mention in the video how much WORK and CHANGE goes into body transformation. If you don't change your habits or do anything different between the checks then you should not expect to see dramatic differences. Use these checks as deadlines to motivate you to do the work and make the changes that will produce the results you want. If your goal is fat loss, then answer the questions: How much fat do you have? How much do you want to have? Then you can figure out exactly how much you wish to lose and create a step by step strategy to make that happen. Clear goals make programming decisions easier. You will burn more fat when you have more muscle so don't be surprised if your leanest physique yet is actually heavier/denser than you've been before. That's why scale weight measurements aren't very useful. The progress videos will show more of what's actually happening rather than just heavier/lighter.. there is so much to physique transformation than just weight loss. Building muscle takes a lot of time and patience, so don't be in a rush to achieve dramatic change. The most dramatic physique transformations happen over months and/or years, not just days or weeks.
