SCAMP Death by Rust! Our 2012 RV is no longer road worthy...HOW did this happen? Salt corrosion LNAB

We got the very sad news that our 11 y/o camper cannot get an axel replacement because it needs an entire frame replacement...due to severe corrosion that is attributed to exposure to SALT. HOW did this happen?? /////*****/////*****/////*****/////*****///// We are a (sort of) normal couple living a rather unusual lifestyle in a Tiny House on Wheels (192 square feet) trying to fit more adventure, travel and exploration into our lives!
