This Thermostat Made My SN95 Mustang Coyote Swap Run HOTTER

At Mustang Week Texas, I started noticing something wasn’t right with my Coyote swap. With the A/C running, cylinder head temps were climbing into the mid-220s — much hotter than expected. At first, I thought it was just the Texas heat, but after doing some research, I learned these Coyote motors can be VERY picky about thermostat design and coolant flow. In this video, I install the correct thermostat setup along with a new 2-row Cold Case radiator to see if it would finally solve the issue. The results completely changed the way this car behaves in traffic, cruising with the A/C on, and overall cooling performance. If you’re fighting high temps on your Coyote swap, especially with air conditioning, this might save you a ton of frustration.
