I'd like to introduce you to a traditional game we used to play a lot, called "Ganggeonggi." This game, also known as the 38th Parallel Game, was played in the past when apartment parking lots were empty, with players running back and forth between defense lines. This game involves avoiding the defense and returning to the turning point to earn a life or point. This is a great activity that requires no special equipment. It's also a great way to build cardiopulmonary endurance, agility, and quickness, all essential for overall health.
