Then allow to cool slightly before adding... 240g 1cm cubed sweet potato (pre-cook in a pan) 5 balls of frozen spinach 3 eggs -Put in a greased 9x9cm tin and cook at 180degrees for 30-40 mins or until set. FALAFEL 1 can of chickpeas 2 cloves of crushed garlic Mash 2 Tbsp flour 1/2 Tsp of baking powder Pinch of cumin Mash -Put in the fridge for at least 1 hour to cool and harden slightly. Form into balls (size is up to you. I make 8) Fry in a little coconut oil to get some colour. Place in the oven (180 degrees) for 10-15 mins.
