Tiberium Dusk 1.27B - Final Ion Cannon Showcase

Showcase of the near completed Final Ion Cannon ultimate weapon for GDI and its subfactions, coming in update 1.27B. The Final Ion Cannon is essentially a more powerful HD remaster of the vanilla Ion Cannon and is available as an "ultimate" weapon that you can obtain by upgrading your Ion Cannon Control centre with the appropriate upgrade. This helps bring GDI into feature parity with Nod as their ultimate weapon being the Nuclear Missile. An ultimate weapon is also going to be made for Scrin as well.
