Famous for serving some of the best Malaysian street food in Southern California, Seasons Kitchen has been delighting customers with authentic flavors since 2016. The restaurant is owned by Khim Teoh and her husband, Soon, who are passionate about bringing a taste of their homeland to Southern California. Their mission was simple yet ambitious: to give people an authentic Malaysian dining experience, one bite at a time. What we ordered: Malaysian Roti Canai with Chicken Curry Sauce – The Roti Canai was flaky and crispy, and paired with the rich, fragrant curry sauce, it was the perfect combination of savory and satisfying. Malaysian Chicken Satay – Tender and marinated to perfection, the skewers of chicken were grilled until smoky and served with a classic peanut sauce that was creamy with a slight kick. Hainan Chicken Rice – A comforting dish with perfectly poached chicken served with fragrant rice, ginger, and garlic, creating a perfect balance of flavors. Nasi Lemak Beef Rendang – This traditional Malaysian dish had tender beef slow-cooked in a coconut milk curry, served with sambal, anchovies, peanuts, and a boiled egg.S tir-fried Char Kwey Teow Rice Noodles – Stir-fried to perfection, these flat rice noodles were smoky and had a delightful chew, with shrimp, egg, and chives complementing the dish. Pork Belly Char Siu – A savory-sweet dish with caramelized layers of succulent pork belly, full of flavor with every bite. Crispy Skin Roast Pork Belly – The pork belly had a crispy golden-brown skin with juicy meat underneath. The crackling was everything you'd hope for in a roast pork dish.
