1990 Kawasaki 440 / 550 / 650 Stand Up Jet Ski Head Replacement

Here I'll be replacing my stock with an aftermarket head. The same steps can be used to replace your stock head. You'll see some significant changes to the engine itself as this is part of my larger series on the 440 to 550cc engine conversion. If you have all your tools on hand this can be completed in 1.5 hours with out any hangups. If you're swapping your 300 head it may go even quicker as the gasket surface area is much smaller and there are fewer bolts. Happy modding!
