He was scouted by Jinsei Shinzaki and joined Michinoku Pro Wrestling. He began competing for NOAH in January 2014 as a member of Michinoku and joined the organization in March 2015. He initially performed well on the junior front, winning the GHC Junior Tag Team Championship, but announced his move to heavyweight at the end of 2016. He won the GLOBAL LEAGUE in his first appearance in 2017, and in December of the same year, he was crowned the GHC Heavyweight Champion for the first time. His fighting style is intense, centered around striking techniques that make full use of Nippon Kempo, but he also possesses a variety of finishing moves, including the P.F.S (Professional Foot Stamp), dragon suplex, ankle hold, and sleeper hold. He has also racked up victories with the "Kenoh Special," a submission lock he developed on the Kenoh Channel. With his powerful communication skills, such as his column in Weekly Pro Wrestling and his YouTube channel "Kenoh Channel," he is regarded as an opinion leader driving NOAH itself. This communication ability often puts him at the forefront in matches against other organizations. Despite his condescending tone, calling fans "damn you!", he enjoys a strong following.
